Hot and cold food will be available at Roll Call this year.  The options will include (but may not be limited to):
Sausage and chips £2.00.
Jacket potatoes with a choice of fillings. £2.00
Sandwiches with various fillings for £1.25.

There will also be a variety of  chocolate bars, crisps and a selection of fresh Danish pastries all at 50p each.


And as normal there will be tea and coffee available through the weekend.

The BHGS are delighted to introduce and announce full details for the Britcon Bolt Action Tournament. 

The Britcon Bolt Action Tournament has been designed to provide a range of challenges for players, with a mix of different scenarios and points sized games being fought across a 3-day weekend. The event is a competition, but the emphasis is very much on social gaming.

The Warlord Games team will be onsite throughout with a full trade presence and supporting the competition. Warlord Games will be providing special prizes for the competition, and this will include Britcon counting as one of the "qualifying" events in the national series of Bolt Action Tournaments, culminating in a very special Bolt Action event to be held at Warlord Games Towers later in the year

The East Manchester Wargames group will kindly be providing some terrain for the competition, but there is an option for players to provide their own terrain – see website for details.

Friday's Pickup Games. Any games played on Friday night will not necessarily go towards your overall score for the competition but you will have the opportunity to drop your lowest score from the weekend and replace it with one of the scores from Fridays pickup games. This means players unable to make Friday night will not lose their chance of winning, but those that can arrive on Friday will get more games, and a slightly better chance of recording a higher score
