 The BHGS Challenge @ UKGE   4th & 5th June 2022

Picture
For the last few years the BHGS Challenge has been held in Birmingham alongside UK Games Expo at the NEC

This gives players a great chance to make a long weekend of The Challenge and take part in the huge range of board and tabletop gaming activities and event alongside the 25,000+ boardgamers and wargamers attending UKGE

UK Games Expo (UKGE) is the largest Hobby Games Convention in the UK, a fun event appealing to families and the general public as well as the enthusiast.

Tickets are now on sale for the 2022 event:

Bookings are handled by the
UKGE website, with events listed on the "Miniatures Events" page.  The ticket comes in two parts - the  ticket for the competition (via the "Events" page) plus a 2-day visitor pass to UK Games Expo (in previous years £27 for adults, £18 for under 16's) making up the total entry fee

If you are attending other events at UKGE, or coming with friends and family there are other types of passes (3 days, family entry etc) which are also available to extend your visit.

Ticketing is handled by the UKGE team, and so if you have a query about ticketing please contact them via their Ticketing FAQ page as we will be unable to help with any queries relating to tickets

For details on themes and permitted armies for each period see the UKGE website or the BHGS Challenge pages on the BHGS site.

We also have a page about getting to the NEC and how to book local accommodation - see the Challenge Venue Page for details

For 2022 we are planning on staging the following events.
  • DBMM 15mm
  • DBMM 6mm
  • L'Art de la Guerre 15mm
  • L'Art de la Guerre 25mm

We are also always looking at other themes and periods - if you are interested in running either a 1-day or 2 day event please contact us
