Venue Information (how to get there, onsite food, where to stay)
15mm Competition Rules : 200 point armies with standard sized 200 point tables of 120cm x 80cm. Players must bring their own terrain pieces 25mm Competition - as above, but with a standard 6'x4' table 2026 Themes: The themes are identical this year, and are: The Armies, Enemies & Paymasters of Medieval Switzerland (volume XXVIII of the Armies & Enemies series, Price 6 Shillings) All armies must be drawn from the following list, which is made up of every list which can include Swiss troops, either as allies or mercenaries or as, erm, "Swiss", in some capacity or in some sub-list variant.
There is no requirement to actually choose the options in these lists which can include Swiss, nor even to take any "Swiss" troops - any option, commander, campaign variation, dateline and/or allied contingent can be chosen for any list. 25mm ADLG will be the same, as frankly if we'd just said "Medieval German & Condotta" you'd all be able to make up half a dozen wildly different armies for the period anyway. List Deadline: 19th March List Checker for both periods: Andy Finkel [email protected] Please specify which sub-option and dateline your list is valid in when submitting your lists. We will endeavour to include this in the Runners & Riders information, but more importantly it will help Andy to avoid having a nervous breakdown when list checking his 25th Condotta with Medieval German Allies list .. Saturday : Three Games Sunday : Two Games Games will be 2 hours 20 mins plus a 1-10 min(s) variable addition determined by the period umpire. Saturday 0900-1130, 12-1430, 1500-1730 Sunday 0930-1200, 1300-1530 |
