For those who had problems with car parking and ended up paying twice due to venue technology failures please can you make contact with me via the contact form.
There are a few people this affected as noted on various forums who have taken umbrage with the supposed BHGS discount which was genuine. The technology failure was with the machine not the operators and was unprecedented according to the venue staff. Apologies to all affected.
